Shelyne

Trained in a diverse range of yoga styles to compliment her daily HIIT workout, Shelyne classes are strong and playful, with a mix of Dynamic Flow and expect some HIIT movement in between. With 5 years of yoga teaching under her belt, Shelyne loves Flows best! Join her Flow+ and Pilates+ along with sunset hues (Yellow and Orange)!

Charis Sim

Charis draws from variety of movement from dance, fitness, and posture alignment. With 5 years of teaching experience under her belt, she’s constantly venturing into new movement. Charis will be teaching Pilates and Flow, so expect strong movement along with Yellow and Blue light!

YASI

Yasi is a Yoga Teacher in Yin ,hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She started practising yoga in 2007.  Subsequently she realised the gifts of yoga go beyond physical where yoga brings clarity and cultivates a level of mindfulness, stillness and fearlessness that can be applied in her daily life. she passed more than 800 hrs TTC. Expect beautiful Flow and Yin & Yang class along with Red and Purple light.

MICHAEL KEN

Michael Ken is a teacher that is continually studying variety of movements. Michael concentrate on alignments and perfect transitions to create more space and wider movements in our body. Improve your flexibility and strength with Michael’s Yoga Barre, in pink light.

Sandy

Sandy is a Certified Fitness Instructor through PTA Global and FITM. With a background in ballet and swimming, movement has always been a passion in her life. Sandy believes that moving daily is the best thing you can do for your well being. Her goal is to help people move better and find joy in movement intrinsically. 

Nana

Nana Zul teaches a blend of Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga and Restorative Yoga, integrating also meditation and energy healing into her practice. She believes in the beautiful and powerful energy that yoga offers the mind, body and spirit.
